WELSH CLASSES
OUR COURSES
Welsh classes at a range of levels are held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
Cwrs Uwch Parhad will begin on Wednesday 23rd September weekly during term times, 9.15am - 12.45pm.
Cwrs Canol-Wlpan is on Thursday mornings beginning Thursday 24th September, 9am - 12.30pm.

YOGA CLASSES
Yoga classes are held by Kathryn Turner on Wednesday evening. This is a mixed ability class from 8.00pm – 9.30pm (school term times) but with occasional “drop in” sessions during the summer. Kath also holds occasional Yoga weekends at the Centre.

LOCAL HISTORY COURSE
A six-week course on local history will be held beginning Tuesday October 6th from 10am - 12noon.
The Pioneers Walking Group meets at the Centre for a weekly walk each Wednesday afternoon at 2.00pm. This is an easy walk for people who either cannot walk too far or are building up their fitness after illness etc. They are a very friendly and welcoming group with qualified walks leaders. After the walk they return to the Centre for refreshments. All are welcome to join them.
PIONEERS WALKING GROUP
A community coffee morning is held weekly on Fridays from 10.30-12noon. Tea, Coffee and refreshment available.
Everyone is welcome.
COMMUNITY COFFEE MORNING
INFORMATION
We have a Citizen's Advice Bureau information point in the foyer, available between 9am -5pm. This is invaluable for the community to access information. There is also a range of information literature from various local organizations.
